Matters related to maintenance of personal files of the employees, Teaching Appointments, Career Advancement Scheme, Pay-fixation, Other Service matters viz., LTC, Medical etc. Non-Teaching Appointments, Promotions, Career Advancement, Grievances, Maintenance of Annual Confidential Reports, Conduct of Disciplinary Proceedings, Sexual Harassment and various Committees constituted by the Executive Council, Vice-Chancellor etc., from time to time (for both Teaching & Non-Teaching)

Development/General Administration/Transport/Communication Cell

Appointment of Chair Professor, Visiting Professor, Visiting Fellow, adjunct Faculty, Joint Faculty, Emeritus Professor, Guest Faculty, Honorary Professor; Conduct of MoU Committee meetings, entering into MoUs; Looking after various specific schemes like SAP, etc. HBA and sanction of Computer advance Maintenance of University vehicles; Issue of the Bus passes and bus tickets Dispatch of internal Tapal and external letters (Ordinary and Speed Post); Maintaining Telephone exchanges and the entire communication network (including AMCs); Settlement of Telephone Bills (Landline and Mobiles); Settlement of postal bills (Landline and Mobiles); Settlement of postal bills.

Reservation & Coordination Cell

Reservation & Coordination Cell Reservation, Reservation Rosters & matters related to Reservations of SC/ST/OBC/PWD; Correspondence related to UGC/MHRD;APARs of all Non-teaching employees (Group A,B & C); Work pertaining to Outsourcing agencies; Maintaining and providing all data/information to the UGC/MHRD and other agencies and to have regular monitoring of their websites; Matters related to Kendriya Vidyalaya UoH and Campus School; Child Care Centre; In addition, other assignments to be entrusted from time to time by the higher authorities.

Dealing with all service matters of the Faculty and appointment of Heads & Deans, Wardens, etc..

Looking after the overall functioning of the Research & Development (R&D) Section. The activities of the R & D section include, forwarding the research proposals received from faculty of all Schools/ Departments/Centres of the University to various National and International funding agencies; Proposals for organizing Seminars/ Conferences/Workshops/Training Programmes; Industry consultancy projects/services; Research staff appointments; Sending regular alerts to all faculty regarding the grant opportunities; Administrative approvals for Global Initiative of Academic Networks (GIAN) programs at University; Patent Cell activities
